1. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will require 1-4 business days to process and fulfill your order. We deliver your orders by YUNDA courier service, taking an additional 1-4 business days to reach your doorstep.
Note: If your delivery address is within the PJ and KL area, we will use Altereat's Vehicle to deliver your item.
2. How do I proceed with payment?
To proceed with payment, add your item to the cart and click "Buy Now." Continue with 'Checkout,' and there will be a step-by-step process. Our payment options are FPX, Credit Card. eWallet and Manual Bank Transfer at 0% interest fees.

4. How do I receive updates for my Order Status?
Once we have delivered it out, we will send a tracking number or delivery date to your email. So do check your email for updates.
*Note: If the status shows up invalid, please check again after a couple of hours. The courier services might not have processed your item in their system yet.
5. How does self-pickup work? Where are you located?

Upon confirmation of purchase, you can choose the self-pickup option and schedule a pickup time with us.
6. When will out-of-stock products be restocked?
We are sorry if the product you are interested in is out of stock. It usually takes us a few weeks to restock. However, do keep a lookout on our social media or website for the latest updates.

8. What is Door-to-Door Delivery (D2D) ?
Door to door delivery (D2D) is one of the features that simplifies delivery where our driver will meet directly with the product to customer in a specific level or floor unit apart from the ground level. For example, moving up the item(s) to the first floor (double story) OR higher levels of condo/flat/apartment.
9. How do I assemble my chair? [Assembly guide]
You've gotten your new chair and ready to assemble! Be sure to stay clear from any sharp objects and place all the parts on the foam provided.
